Who runs this site

gweinger.com is a personal website operated by Greg Weinger, publisher of The Introverted Leader podcast. You can reach me at [email protected] or through the contact page.

What I collect

When you visit a page

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard web request data — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

I use Google Analytics 4 to understand which episodes and topics people find useful. It sets cookies and records the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information. I see this only as aggregate reporting — never as a way to identify you personally.

When you contact me

The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. That information is sent directly to my personal inbox so I can reply. It is not stored in a database on this site and it is not added to any mailing list.

When you sign up for something

Signup happens on my own sites, not on someone else's platform page. The masterclass and other signup forms on this site collect your email address (and, where the form asks, your first name or feedback) and submit it to Kit, the email service I use to run those lists and send you what you asked for.

The newsletter lives at powerfulintrovertpodcast.com, also my own domain. It is published using Substack, so Substack stores and processes subscriber details for that list.

Either way, your email address is used to send you the material you signed up for and related updates about the show. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and I don't pass your address to anyone else.

Third parties that receive data

Some parts of this site load content from other companies. When they do, those companies receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies:

What I don't do

Cookies and how to opt out

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and from embedded players. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Analytics entirely. The site works fine either way.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. For anything I hold directly — that is, an email you sent me — write to [email protected] and I'll take care of it.

For the email lists, you can manage or delete your subscription using the unsubscribe link in any email you receive, or by contacting me and I'll do it for you.

Children

This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Some links on this site — usually to books mentioned on the podcast — are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. Those merchants apply their own privacy policies once you leave this site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
