Secure your next promotion in 90 days

A coaching sprint for introverted leaders who are doing great work and still getting passed over. Four calls, one plan, and someone to hold you to it, without becoming someone else.

Greg Weinger

Sound familiar?

Good work alone isn't getting you promoted.

  • You do great work, and someone louder gets the promotion.
  • You go quiet in the meetings that decide your reputation.
  • Your manager says "keep doing what you're doing," and nothing changes.
  • You dread the conversation where you're supposed to make your own case.
  • You're not sure what's actually blocking you, so you just work harder.

None of that is a confidence problem. It's a strategy problem, and strategy is something you can learn.

The outcome

Where you'll be in 90 days.

1

Your case is built

You know your value, what's in the way, and the two or three things that will change how you're seen.

2

Your manager has your plan

You've had the conversation and left a written 90-day plan they can take to whoever signs off.

3

You're working at the next level

On the record, in the meetings that count. When the next promotion cycle comes, the evidence is already there.

How it works

Four calls. Five steps. Ninety days.

The calls are spaced across the 90 days and placed where people get stuck. Between calls you do the work, and I'm a short email away.

  1. ·

    Before week 1 · Onboarding

    Get set up

A few questions in writing: your role, the title you want, who decides, what your last review said, and what's coming in the next 90 days.

  2. 1

    Week 1 · Steps 1–2

    Promote yourself

Decide you want it and believe you deserve it. Write your Promotion Declaration, research your value, and plan three to five short conversations with the people who see your work.

  3. 2

    Week 3 · Step 3

    Bridge the gap

Compare how you're seen with what you can do. Pick two or three skills to show, and build a visibility plan around the moments that matter, with preparation instead of performance.

  4. 3

    Week 6 · Step 4

    Make the case

Draft and rehearse the conversation with your boss: why you're ready, your vision for the role, and a written 90-day plan they can take to whoever signs off.

  5. 4

    Week 12 · Step 5

    Ask for the title

Review your wins, prepare the title and salary conversation, and know your next move if the answer is "not yet."

Your coach

I've spent 25 years in leadership, as an introvert.

I went from engineer to manager to SVP. Early on, I was told I didn't have the temperament to be a director. I believed it for a while, and I spent years performing a version of leadership that wasn't mine.

What got me promoted wasn't learning to be louder. It was learning to make my case on my own terms: preparing for the moments that matter, making my work visible, and asking clearly for what I'd earned.

I also host The Introverted Leader, the top Apple Podcasts result for "introverted leader," with over 1 million downloads. Across 87 episodes, I've talked with researchers, executives and authors about how quiet people rise.

The sprint is that experience, condensed into five steps and four calls.

Six quick questions, and I reply to every answer personally. If it's a fit, we'll set up a short call.

Questions

Before you ask.

What happens after I answer the questions?

I read every answer and reply personally. If the sprint looks like a fit, I'll suggest a time for a short call to talk it through. If it isn't, I'll tell you, and point you somewhere better.

Will I be promoted in 90 days?

Nobody can promise that, but what I can promise is what you'll have built: a clear case, a written plan in your manager's hands, and a record of the work that shows you're ready. The title follows your company's cycle. If the answer is "not yet," you'll know exactly why and what to do next.

Can my company pay for it?

Often, yes. Many people use a learning or development budget. I'll send an invoice and a short description of the program you can share with whoever approves it.

Do I have to be an introvert?

No. The sprint is built for people whose best work is quiet: thoughtful, prepared and easy to overlook. Most of them call themselves introverts, but the label isn't a requirement.

Who is this not for?

It isn't a job search, a résumé rewrite, or general life coaching. It's highly focused strategy, skills, action planning, and troubleshooting support for people who are ready to move up now and willing to do the work between calls. If you need someone in your corner to get you to that next level, this is it.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you tell me about you, your manager and your company stays between us.
